Hottest Web Hosting Available?
Being in the internet business I know a few hosting services. I’ve used HostGator for a few years now but one that continues to pop up in reviews online is APlus.net. Their pricing is ridiculously low for what you get. Although my image only shows three, they actually have four different hosting plans to choose from.
Here’s a testimonial from their site:
Earlier today, I had the opportunity to speak with Brian Burgert who assisted me with integrating my 2007 Outlook Express with my e-mail and Web domain. As a new client to Aplus, I found the service support invaluable and it left me feeling like a valued client. I recognize that in the everyday world of customer support it may be common to hear from people who are less than satisfied, but I feel that outstanding service should be recognized. Brian’s communication style and willingness to educate me while instructing me on the right procedures will be invaluable as I set up other Outlook users in my organization who will be leveraging the hosted email environment. Thanks to Brian and the team at Aplus.

So of course they’re going to boast on their site right? Well the fact of the matter is they’ve got awards galore to back up their stats.
They were given the CNET award as the Most Popular Web Hosting – 6 Years in a Row
Deloitte and Touche - Technology Fast 50 Company
San Diego Business Journal – Fastest Growing Privately Held Company
The list goes on and on.
I’d love to hear some more feedback from aPlus.net users out there. I’ve already switched two accounts over to them last night and I’ll probably switch 10 more over in the next two weeks as soon as I can set aside about 20 minutes – literally, it takes me less than that to do a few website setups.
Don’t take my word for it though, check out aPlus and read a few reviews online. I think its a safe bet if you want uptime and great support, you can’t go wrong with aPlus.

I’ve actually used godaddy.com in the past but the service they offer is ridiculous compared to a dedicated hosting solution (I should say ‘dedicated’ as that means something entirely different) but, yes, I’ve also seen a few reviews on aPlus and they appear to be a player in the industry (thats a good thing!)

Hi Gerald,
Thanks for stopping by. Every web hosting company has their ups and downs, and of course niche market they play in. Godaddy appears to have their ‘hand’ in everything. Their big enough but I think their customer service lacks a bit as well.
aPlus seems to have their ducks in a row when it comes to hosting.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving feedback.Posted on August 2009 -

Talking from experience, I’ve been in web development for over 10 years now. Hosting providers come and go, but aPlus has been rock solid for my company now quite some time.
I would highly recommend taking a look at aPlus no matter what size company (or mom and pop) shop you may be. Their pricing is definitely inline with the industry standard but their customer service is FAR ABOVE standard.

I’ve heard some pretty solid things about aPlus. I’ve used some of the larger ones in the past such as Network Solutions and Yahoo, but none of the bigger players compared to a company that focuses solely on web hosting.
aPlus does that and more from my experience. Theres a reason they’ve won the awards you’ve mentioned, its because they know what they’re doing over there.
Its always good to hear second (and third and fourth) opinions on something you rely on and shouldn’t have to worry about. aPlus is a no brainer IMO.
